Once you’ve booked your free estimate, we’ll come out to your site to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and talk through initial options (including base layers and turf). We’ll measure the space and understand any additional requirements such as drip irrigation, pavers, landscaping, etc – and begin preparing your estimate
Review and iterate on design as needed and receive an estimate. Once reviewed simply call, text, or email to move forward to get your project scheduled and discuss payment
Turf’s Up will help coordinate any permitting if needed and ensure utilities are marked properly before digging
Before installing artificial turf, we’ll prep the outdoor space by removing existing grass and debris, grading the area, and installing base layers specific to the application. For many residential jobs this entails a sub-base rock layer below a layer of crushed concrete. For other applications like rooftops & putting greens, we often leverage base panels through partnerships with leading manufacturers like Ultra Base Systems. This is when any drip irrigation, edging, landscape lighting, etc is installed
Once the site is prepared, your turf can be installed. This involves rolling out the turf and cutting it to fit the shape of your desired area with proven techniques to get as close as possible to hiding any seams.
This material that’s added to the surface of the turf to add weight to keep the turf in place, help support the fibers, and provide cushioning. Only the highest quality environment & pet friendly infill is used.
Once your turf is installed, the seams between the individual pieces of turf need to be carefully joined and the edges need to be trimmed and secured. This step can take several hours or more, depending on the size and complexity of the area to create a near-seamless look for your design
